​​​These 50-minute online sessions focus on your individual creative needs in performance, performing arts and physical expression. Through a supportive, process-oriented approach, we will explore:

Developing and Devising Movement Material

  • Experimenting with approaches to movement and shaping your personal performative language.

Receiving In-Depth Insights

  • Sharing constructive feedback, practical tools, and reflections to refine your movement work.

Guiding Your Artistic Vision

  • Brainstorming ideas, discussing next steps, and offering an outside perspective for your devising process.

The group training sessions provide a space for collective exploration, where we warm up, investigate movement principles, and share discoveries in an inspiring, supportive environment.

At the core of this offering is the TRIAD approach – a system that enhances the creative process through three interwoven principles:

  • Technique – Understanding the mechanics, precision, and foundations of movement.

Who is This For?

This workshop is designed for performers, actors, dancers, directors, and any performing arts creators—both emerging and established—who wish to deepen their physical expression, refine movement material, and discover new tools for their artistic practice. It is particularly beneficial for anyone interested in bridging physicality with narrative, emotion, and imagination.​

How It Works

I want to ensure each session is tailored to your specific needs. Once you reserve your spot, you’ll be invited to share any relevant insights or creative material—via email, voice message, or video links—so we can focus our time exactly where you need it most.

  • You can ask me to give you a feedback and co-develop with you your own movement material, choreographic ideas, performative sequences or dramaturgical choices towards your artistic goals.

  • We can re-visit, re-activate, and re-shape your existing physical structures and ideas, helping you creatively refine and expand your movement vocabulary.

  • The individual consultations offer a focused, in-depth exchange where each artist receives specific guidance tailored to their needs, whether it be refining a gesture, unlocking emotional depth, or developing a structured physical etude.

  • The group training sessions provide a space for collective exploration, where we warm up, investigate movement principles, and share discoveries in an inspiring, supportive environment. These sessions can also enrich your individual process, offering new perspectives and embodied experiences that complement the work we do one-on-one.

What you'll need: 

A reliable internet connection, wireless headphones, comfortable clothing, and a space where you feel free to move with confidence, without judgment, and without distractions to maintain your focus.
